Product description:
Wine of intense ruby ??red color, great texture.
The nose the olfactory range opens with hints of pepper, cherry, red fruit jam on a background of soft spices. On the palate the wine is of great taste impact with opulent tannins still evolving with a final supported by pleasant fruity tones.
 
Winemaking:
The grapes from the oldest vines business (over 30 years of age) are harvested by hand with careful selection in the first ten days of October. Follows the classic red vinification with maceration on the skins for about 20 days. After racking begins maturation on lees (battonage) that lasts three months and then further break steel.
The marketing begins after aging in bottle for at least 6 months.
 
Paring: 
Excellent with cold cuts, roasts, grills, game and mature hard cheese.
