ROMAGNA'S DONUT
The Romagna's donut is a sweet rustic and very simple cake of Romagna . Also known by the name of brazadèla dialect of origin , is consumed for breakfast and snacks but also served after meals . In this case it is always accompanied by typical wines of Romagna as Cagnina di Romagna , sweet red wine , or the sweet Albana and other fortified wines such as raisin . Generally oval in shape , the donut is crisp on the outside and soft and dry inside . As with many of the traditional preparations , you can hardly go back to an original recipe because the cake was prepared with different doses from family to family .
