Refining: 12 months in stainless steel vats then 2 months of final refining in bottles
Colour: Bright yellow straw Bouquet: scents of apple, pear and white flowers
Taste: initial flavour-enhancer that melts in a ripe fruit with a fresh finish
Serving temperature: 10°C
Alcohol: 12% by vol.
