Bouquet: refined notes of cherry and blackberry jellies, vanilla, clove and balsamic hints on the nose
Taste: well balanced, fresh, tannic,  elegant and compact structure;persistent and elegant taste
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Alcohol: 14% by vol.
Best with: first dishes based on meat
sauces, second dishes of game, stewed and grilled meat.
