Bouquet: deep and persistent which reminds violet
Taste: full-bodied with a good amount of tannins, spicy and lingering finish that expresses its youth
Serving temperature: 18°C
Alcohol: 13,5% by vol.
Best with: first dishes based on meat sauces, second dishes of game and grilled red meat
