Vineyard Age: from 10 to 25 years
Harvest: hand harvesting of selected grapes placed in small boxes. The Chardonnay is picked by mid-August, while the other two grapes are harvested between the last week of September and the first week of October
Vinification: fermentation is carried out under controlled temperatures with crio-maceration for Chardonnay grapes only. Chardonnay’s fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, whereas Trebbiano and Bombino bianco are initially fermented in steel tanks and, eventually, in 300 litre new tonneaux
Wood aging:  Chardonnay: “sur lies” for 2/3 months in steel tanks. Trebbiano and Bombino: in wooden barrels
Organoleptic characteristics: exhibits a deep yellow colour with great structure. Aromas of sweet yellow flowers and fruits on the nose and palate with an additional hint of acacia honey
Alcohol degree: from  13% to 13.5% vol.
