Vineyard Age: from 7 to 25 years
Harvest: hand harvesting of selected grapes placed in small boxes. Grapes are picked between the second decade of September and the first decade of October
Vinification: fermentation of grapes under controlled temperatures with-grape skin maceration for 10-15 days.
Wood aging:  Malolactic fermentation and aging in 225-litre barriques and 300-litre tonneaux for 6/8 months
Bottle aging: from 6 to 8 months
Organoleptic characteristics: exhibits a beautiful deep colour. A nice nose of flowers and spices, red fruit flavours – plums and blackberries -  on the palate.
Alcohol degree: from 13.5% to 14% vol.
Serve at: 16°C
