Harvest:

Malolactic fermentation and aging in 225-litre barriques and 300-litre tonneaux for 6/8 months
Bottle aging:
from 6 to 8 months
Organoleptic characteristics:
exhibits a beautiful deep colour. A nice nose of flowers and spices, red fruit flavours – plums and blackberries - on the palate.
Alcohol degree:
from 13.5% to 14% vol.
