Product description:
The color is intense ruby ??red with purple hues, dense, impenetrable. The nose stand out intense aromas of red berries, raspberries, blackberries and red currants.
The taste is sweet, but well balanced by a shoulder acid-savory.
Good persistence with returns of fruit and cherry jam.
 
Winemaking:
Harvesting takes place in the last ten days of September, follows the cold maceration of the grapes ammostate at a temperature of 5 ° C for 3 days, and then the fermentation proceeds at 18 ° C for further 5 days and finally the stops bringing the mass to temperatures close to zero.
The must separating the pomace is then filtered and bottled ready for commercialization as early as October.
 
Paring:
The optimal serving temperature is 16 ° C. Traditional is the pairing with roasted chestnuts, but great pairing with pastries and cakes.
