WINEMAKING: as soon as the grapes reach the right degree of ripening they are harvested
by hand, gently crushed, and left to ferment in stainless-steel tanks where the temperature
is kept under control.
ALCOHOL:6,5% by volume
COLOUR: intense yellow with golden hues.
ODOUR: fruity, flowery, with smell of raisins.
FLAVOUR: sweet, warm, smooth, agreeable, intense.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12° C
