SOIL TYPE: careous-clayey ground
WINEMAKING: the grapes are harvested by hand in October. The must is then
left to macerate on the skins for ten to fifteen days and undergoes fermentation
with selected yeasts in stainless-steel tanks where the temperature is kept under
control. The wine is left to mature in stainless-steel tanks, bottled and left to fine in
the bottles for a short time.
ALCOHOL: 14,50 % by volume
COLOUR: intense ruby red, limpid.
ODOUR: fruity and flowery, with smell of violet.
FLAVOUR: dry and warm, full-bodied, with the right degree of tannin and with a
pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18° C
PAIRING: pasta with sauce, plain meat dishes, perfect for the whole meal.
