CREMINO CHOCOLATE AND BLACK CHERRIES
INGREDIENTS: hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa mass,  candied cherries 12% (cherries, sugar, glucose syrup, acidifying : citric acid, cherry juice concentrated), cocoa butter,  whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin (OGM free), natural flavour vanilla.
ALLERGENS: contain  hazelnuts and  milk protein.
SHELF LIFE: 12 months after production of the product
NET WEIGHT 120 g
FORMAT block  in acetate bag and tie with ingredients
PACKAGING: 12  blockes in one cardboard 
MANUFACTORING PROCESS
  • We mix our dark blend chocolate with hazelnut paste, normalize cremino dark chocolate obteined, and drain this in a mold, to make the first layer.
  • We insert drip and candied sour black cherries
  • We cool down the product
  • We mix our milk blend chocolate with hazelnut paste, normalize cremino milk chocolate obteined, and drain this in a mold, to make the second layer.
  • We cool down at 8 degrees for several hours.
  • We remove the chocolate from the mold
  • We wrap
  • We stock at 14 degrees, 50% of controlled humidity
