INGREDIENTS: hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa mass, candied cherries 12% (cherries, sugar, glucose syrup, acidifying : citric acid, cherry juice concentrated), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin (OGM free), natural flavour vanilla.

MANUFACTORING PROCESS
- We mix our dark blend chocolate with hazelnut paste, normalize cremino dark chocolate obteined, and drain this in a mold, to make the first layer.
- We insert drip and candied sour black cherries
- We cool down the product
- We mix our milk blend chocolate with hazelnut paste, normalize cremino milk chocolate obteined, and drain this in a mold, to make the second layer.
- We cool down at 8 degrees for several hours.
- We remove the chocolate from the mold
- We wrap
- We stock at 14 degrees, 50% of controlled humidity
